A sale is a quiet apology. It tells the person who paid full price last week that they were wrong to, and it tells the person buying today that the number was never quite real. We decided early that this house would not do that to anyone.

So the prices here only ever move in one direction, upward, and always announced before they change. When the Founding Twenty-Five finds its homes, every price in the atelier rises for good, on each piece’s own page, in advance. Nothing is ever quietly marked down in a slow week, and nothing is inflated first so it can look generous later. The number you see is the number, and the earliest believers hold the lowest prices this house will ever charge.

That is the whole of it. We would rather make one fewer bag than teach the people who trusted us first that trusting early was the expensive mistake. Early buyers are never punished. It is not a promotion; it is just how a house that means to last has to behave.
