Made to order

Pieces are handcrafted to order. Because each is worked by hand, small variations in colour, texture, and size are natural and are not defects, they’re the signature of a single maker.

Prices & payment

Prices are charged in US dollars via PayPal; other currencies shown on site are indicative conversions for reference. Payment is taken at checkout to begin crafting your piece.

Cancellations

Because work begins soon after ordering, please contact us within 48 hours if you need to cancel or change a made-to-order piece.

Availability and colour

Most pieces are one of a kind; when a piece is gone, it is gone. Screens vary, so the colours shown on site are a close guide rather than an exact match.

Returns

Ready-made pieces can be returned or exchanged within 14 days (you cover return postage). Made-to-order and personalised pieces are final sale. Anything that arrives flawed, we replace or refund, always. See Shipping & Returns for details.

Intellectual property

The Andaman Thread name, designs, photography, and site content belong to Andaman Thread.

Liability

We stand behind our work, and anything that arrives flawed is replaced or refunded. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
