Where do you ship and how long does it take?

We ship worldwide from Koh Lanta by tracked EMS. After the 1 to 2 week crafting window, transit is usually about 1 to 2 weeks to the US, UK and Europe, about 6 to 10 business days to Australia, and about 1 to 2 weeks to the rest of the world. These are estimates, not guarantees, since customs can add time.

Are duties and taxes included?

Any import duty or tax is set by your destination country and collected on delivery, and is the recipient's to pay. Since 2025 the US charges import duty on parcels of any value, and the UK and EU charge import VAT on essentially every parcel. A single piece to Australia sits under the AUD 1,000 threshold, so it arrives with nothing to pay. We always declare your order honestly, and each product page spells out what to expect for your region.

How long until my made-to-order piece ships?

Every piece is handcrafted to order in Koh Lanta. Please allow the crafting window shown on each product, about 1 to 2 weeks, before it ships.

Ready pieces and commissions

The one-of-a-kind pieces in the shop already exist and are packed and posted from Koh Lanta within 2 to 4 days. Commissions from Design your own, and the Frangipani charm, are handcrafted to order; please allow about 1 to 2 weeks before they ship. Everything travels worldwide by tracked EMS. Any import duty or tax charged by your country is paid on delivery; we always declare your order honestly.

Where we ship & how long

Australia. about 6 to 10 business days after it ships. A single piece sits under Australia’s AUD 1,000 import threshold, so it arrives with nothing to pay at the door. An order worth more than about AUD 1,000 in total may attract duty and GST on delivery.
United States. about 1 to 2 weeks after it ships (roughly 7 to 15 business days). Since the US ended its duty-free allowance for small parcels in 2025, every US order clears customs with a duty step. Any US import duty (currently around 10 percent of the item value, set by US Customs and subject to change) and a small carrier fee are collected on delivery and are the recipient’s to pay. We always declare your order honestly, so there are no surprises.
United Kingdom. about 1 to 2 weeks after it ships (roughly 5 to 12 business days). UK import VAT (20 percent) and any carrier handling fee are collected on delivery and are the recipient’s to pay. We always declare your order honestly.
Europe. about 1 to 2 weeks after it ships (roughly 6 to 12 business days). Your country’s import VAT (roughly 17 to 27 percent depending on the country) and, on pieces over EUR 150, a small customs duty are collected on delivery and are the recipient’s to pay. We always declare your order honestly.
Rest of world. about 1 to 2 weeks after it ships, varying by country. Any local duties or taxes are collected by your customs or carrier on delivery and are the buyer’s responsibility. Tell us your country before ordering and we will say honestly what to expect.

Returns

Ready pieces can be returned within 14 days for a refund — unused, with their certificate and seal intact (buyer covers return postage). Because every piece is one of a kind, there is nothing to exchange it for. Made-to-order and personalised pieces are final sale. Anything that arrives flawed, we replace or refund, always.
