Shipping & duties
- Australia. about 6 to 10 business days after it ships. A single piece sits under Australia’s AUD 1,000 import threshold, so it arrives with nothing to pay at the door. An order worth more than about AUD 1,000 in total may attract duty and GST on delivery.
- United States. about 1 to 2 weeks after it ships (roughly 7 to 15 business days). Since the US ended its duty-free allowance for small parcels in 2025, every US order clears customs with a duty step. Any US import duty (currently around 10 percent of the item value, set by US Customs and subject to change) and a small carrier fee are collected on delivery and are the recipient’s to pay. We always declare your order honestly, so there are no surprises.
- United Kingdom. about 1 to 2 weeks after it ships (roughly 5 to 12 business days). UK import VAT (20 percent) and any carrier handling fee are collected on delivery and are the recipient’s to pay. We always declare your order honestly.
- Europe. about 1 to 2 weeks after it ships (roughly 6 to 12 business days). Your country’s import VAT (roughly 17 to 27 percent depending on the country) and, on pieces over EUR 150, a small customs duty are collected on delivery and are the recipient’s to pay. - Rest of world. about 1 to 2 weeks after it ships, varying by country. Any local duties or taxes are collected by your customs or carrier on delivery and are the buyer’s responsibility. Tell us your country before ordering and we will say honestly what to expect.
