What arrives
The opening is part of the piece.
A bag that took days of one person's hands should not arrive like a package. It arrives like a letter. Here is exactly what you, or whoever you are giving it to, will open.
The piece, wrapped
Folded with tissue, tied with cord, sealed with the one drop of rust. There is no invoice in the box and no price on anything, every parcel, always, so a gift is safe without asking.
The card, written by hand
Sunisa writes every card herself at the work table. If your piece is a gift and you left a note at checkout, your words are what she writes; nothing is printed.
The certificate, sealed
The piece's reference and its own guilloché seal, drawn from that reference alone. It unlocks the piece's permanent page, and anyone can check it against the register, forever.
The care card
How to keep the piece for years, in a few honest lines, with the address it can always come home to: repair is free for as long as we exist.
Giving it? The parcel is already gift-safe as it is. Gifting walks through the note, the timing, and the printable certificate for the day itself.
